At S-N-S Remodeling, Inc., we are dedicated to providing every client with a job well done. To make sure your remodeling experience goes according to plan, we have listed our four rules of business below. These guidelines help our team stay on track and keep you in the loop from start to finish.

Rule One

First and foremost, there must always be open, daily communication to stay within the scope of the project. We maintain consistent contact with the husband, wife, or any others in leadership to ensure our work meets expectations.

Rule Two

Our goal is your satisfaction. Once our team knows exactly what you want done, they can easily follow the scope of the contract and any verbal communications.

Rule Three

Please make all payments according to the contract. The payment schedule gives us the financial resources to complete your project in a timely manner.

Rule Four

Do not hesitate to contact us if you see something that is not to your liking or seems incorrect. Please let us know about any unsatisfactory workmanship, so we can make changes or fixes before the job is done. If there are any changes in the scope of the job or you would like to do something different, we ask that you call to modify the cost as soon as possible. The timing of this process may keep you from paying any difference in cost, so the sooner the better.
